How shall we approach them?
Focusing on the shortlist of countries, we start collecting and gaining deeper understanding of the market's healthcare system, its processes and requirements, involved stakeholders and their motives and the potential pitfalls incurred. We will test access ideas and execute some simulations.
At the end of this process you have a plan for accessing the new market, a recommendation of the business model, and a draft P&L for the first three years.
